Matthew Y. He

I’m an undergraduate student at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, studying Cognitive Science and Applied Mathematics. I’ve been working with Jacob Zavatone-Veth and Paul Masset in Masset lab on theoretical neuroscience.
I’m interested in computational neuroscience and machine learning theory—particularly in the computational principles and implementations that underlie intellectual processes, in both artificial and biological systems. I’ve been receiving my training in applied math and computer science, including stochastic processes, numerical analysis, optimization, and machine learning.
You can find some of my notes, a collection of resources I found useful, and some random stuff on this website.
